Precision Web respects privacy of Internet
Users and does not collect personally identifying information without the
Internet User's permission.

Collection of Data
Precision Web does not collect Internet
User identity or contact information from Internet Users' visits to the
Precision Web site. For each visitor to the Precision Web site, the visitor's
computer reaches us via a particular IP, (Internet Protocol), address.
The Precision Web site servers automatically log this IP address.
An Internet User's browser sets Cookies
(when enabled) that contain small amounts of data on the Internet User's
computer after a visit to any web site.
No information is obtained from the
Internet User or Internet User's computer to generate the unique identifying
number of the Internet User. Precision Web's servers may automatically
generate the unique number if you have accessed by clicking on an affiliate
link. None of Precision Web's Cookies are used to perform "User Profiling".
Precision Web does receive and record partial
e-mail addresses of Internet Users, only in circumstances where the Internet
User has voluntarily provided its identity and contact information by filling
out a form on the Precision Web site. This partial e-mail address does
not enable Precision Web to personally identify an Internet User.
If a Precision Web affiliate were to provide
any personally identifying information to Precision Web beyond name and/or
e-mail address, Precision Web would discard that information immediately.
Disabled and Non-functioning Cookies
Precision Web does not employ any technology
or means of preventing an Internet User from disabling the acceptance of
a Cookie. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but an Internet
User's browser may be set by the Internet User to disable this function.
Some Web browsers or similar Internet navigating technology may not support
(or consistently support) Cookie technology.
Use and Disclosure of Data
Precision Web does not sell or rent personally
identifying information. Precision Web does not disclose personally identifying
information to anyone that Precision Web is not authorized to do so. Precision
Web uses anonymous user data to create and report the browsing, purchasing
and/or lead form completion activities of anonymous users.
Precision Web reserves the right to release
information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial
or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those
that Precision Web is compelled to disclose to. At present, all information
processing occurs in the United States.
Security Measures
Precision Web employs industry standard
security measures to ensure the security of all data.
Spam
Precision Web does not intentionally send
unsolicited e-mail messages that could legitimately be construed as spam.
Precision Web's Advertisers and Publishers are held to the same standards.
COPPA
Since you may not become a member of Precision
Web's Network if you are under the age of 18, Precision Web complies with
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Advertisers and Publishers
are also obligated to comply with COPPA.
If you inform Precision Web that Precision
Web has collected or received information from a child under 18, Precision
Web will delete such information immediately from its databases. Precision
Web shall not knowingly distribute to third parties any personally identifiable
information erroneously collected from children under 18.
Policy Changes
Precision Web may find it necessary or
be legally obligated to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any
changes will be posted at this site. Except as otherwise required by law,
modifications to this Privacy Policy will not affect the privacy of data
collected by Precision Web prior to the effective date of the policy change.
