The list on the left shows the order the categories are currently in.

Select a category name in the list on the right and click the 'Move Up', 'Move Down' then the 'Updates' buttons. This will cause the list on the left to update, as well as the order in the shop navigation.

Click on the Category names to arange each category's sub-categories.
